Coffee and Conversation, 15:00 – 16:30, Friday 10th July, Free of charge

The Coffee and Conversation slots have been fitted into the programme to enable the delegates to meet some of the physical activity experts. All five of the keynote speakers will be attending and this excellent opportunity will allow you to ask questions and find out more from some of the most important people in physical education and sport participation. There will only be 30 people per keynote speaker and this is allocated on a first come first serve basis. Reservations should be made at the following email address specifying which keynote you would like to attend: reservations@eventsgb.com

The Early Career Academic Networking (ECAN) Lunch, 13:00-14:00, Thursday 9th July, Free of charge

Inspired and informed by the ‘Letters to an Early Career Academic’ symposium at the AIESEP conference in Auckland 2014, this networking lunch aims to support research higher degree students and early career academics in ‘horizontal networking’-connecting with others in the field who are at similar stages of PhD completion and/or at similar points on the academic ladder. We will not be talking about academic networking during this lunch. We will be networking (and eating!). So please put the day and time in your diary, come along and be prepared to meet and chat to new people who may or may not share your academic interests.

Previous AIESEP Young Scholar Award recipients will facilitate this event.
